Delighted to see the The Echo Newspaper mention the Citywest Community Council (previously Citywest Residents Action Group) in their recent article about the new proposed Community Centre for Citywest. Going back to Nov 2019 when even back then, we were highlighting the need for amenities and civic facilities.

It was back in 2019, when I joined the Citywest Residents Action Group to advocate for our area on the lack of amenities.

I am delighted to see the recent announcement for a much needed amenity. The year 2026 couldn’t come quick enough to see the Community Centre open and available for all in the community!
