I’m happy to report that the rain didn’t dampen spirits in Fettercairn on Monday morning!!

What a fantastic turnout for the Tallaght Drugs & Alcohol Task Force Recovery Walk from @fettercairncyc to Jobstown Community Centre. I was delighted to attend as a Community Rep on the Tallaght Task Force, which is also representing Citywest, Saggart, Brittas & Rathcoole.

After some great words from Alan Porter on his own recovery journey, we then set off. With music and chats keeping us company along the way, it was inspiring to see the community come out in support of one another.

Well done to Jacqueline and all the organisers involved in making it all happen today. 👏
