I wrote to the NTA & TII. Now, I have received a response from TII regarding the concerns raised on over crowding and the issues of unreliability.

It is extremely frustrating that TII refuses to acknowledge the impact the poor service has on its daily commuters.
There is no resolution provided, except requesting that commuters leave 5 mins earlier / later for their journey.

I’ve attached a copy of their response below. This is simply unacceptable. I have emailed Minister Lawless, requesting that it be raised further with the NTA & TII.
